Kevin Gilliland is an experienced attorney who spent nearly a decade working for some of the largest and most well-known law firms in the United States.  He has assisted with prosecuting, defending, and securing both damages and defense verdicts for his clients in courts and ADR tribunals across the country.  He is a fierce advocate and his results speak for themselves.  In 2021, he formed Kevin Gilliland, P.C., a firm dedicated exclusively to representing employees in labor and employment disputes.

Mr. Gilliland is licensed to practice law in California and New York.  He is also admitted in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, all U.S. District Courts in California, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He received a B.A. in Philosophy from UCLA and his J.D. from Chapman University, where he was an editor for the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice.  For his pro bono work on behalf of a disabled individual, he previously received the LA County Commission on Disabilities' Access Award.
